Colleen earned her Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology after completing her Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. With a strong background in employee relations, salary and benefit administration, workers' and unemployment compensation, safety and policy development and implementation, Colleen has a depth of experience working with owners to develop human resources systems and policies. Before joining red and associates, she served as a HR Professional within both the retail and healthcare industries. Colleen has served on the Board of the Inland Northwest Society for Human Resources Management and is currently on the Board of the Washington State HR Council. The Human Resources Certification Institute has certified Ms. Cliff as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.
